NORWOOD -- The St. Lawrence County Office for the Aging, in partnership with Massena Memorial Hospital, will host a Living Healthy program at the Norwood Public Library, 1 Morton St.
This program will help individuals with ongoing health concerns learn how to manage living with their chronic conditions.
This 6-week program is free.
Classes will be held Wednesdays; July 13 through Aug. 17 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Registration is required and class size is limited.
