GOUVERNEUR -- The St. Lawrence County Maple Producers Association will host their 2016 Maple Expo on Jan. 30.
Association members will host 15 sessions on forest management, maple production issues and product marketing.
Steven Childs from Cornell University will be the keynote speaker. He will give an update on the Cornell maple program and extension update.
Registration is at 8 a.m.
Sessions begin at 9 a.m.
Lunch is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with Childs speaking at noon.
There will be vendors on-site all day.
The event will be at Gouverneur High School, 113 East Barney St.
Admission is free to St. Lawrence County Maple Producers Association members and $5 for non-members.
