POTSDAM -- St. Lawrence County Arts is hosting three art markets on July 11, Nov. 29 and Dec. 13. Attendees can meet local artists, see their work and purchase in-person from the artists.
SLC Arts uses the term "art market" to describe an event similar to the concept of a farmers’ market, where each vendor has a booth space to sell their work to the public.
Artist registration for the July 11 market is open now through June 27 at www.slcartscouncil.org under "Artist Opportunities." Artist registration for the November and December events begin in July.
The events are free and open to the public. A map and complete listing of artist vendors will be available at www.slcartscouncil.org under "Calendar."
