POTSDAM -- The St. Lawrence County Arts Council, 41 Elm St., will offer "Fins and Feather: Painting Colorful Fish and Birds in Watercolor" June 22-24 from 6 until 8 p.m.
The class will be led by David Crowell and will explode watercolor as a medium.
Basic elements of composition, color theory and watercolor technique will be taught. No experience needed.
Participants are encouraged to bring reference photos of birds and fish to class.
