GOUVERNEUR -- St. Lawrence County Arts Council will host arts for special needs beginning in January at the recreation center, 3 Trinity Ave. from 12:30 to 2 p.m.
Classes will be offered Jan. 23, Feb. 20, March, 20, April 17, and May 15.
Students can register for as many classes as they like. The fee per class is $10.
Scholarships are available on a financial need sliding payment scale.
