MASSENA -- St. Lawrence Centre Mall will host “Melissa's Closet” April 27 and April 28 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the former Hallmark space, next to Nice Nails.
The organization will distribute dresses for local girls attending proms or formals.
Melissa Walsh's family established Melissa's Closet to ensure that all high school girls in Northern New York have dresses to attend proms and formals, regardless of financial or family circumstance.
Melissa’s Closet will also accept new or dry cleaned dresses for donation. Dresses can be dry cleaned and delivered to Cornell’s Dry Cleaning.
