POTSDAM – The St. Lawrence Arts Council will host three fun events July 11 through 13 at 51 Market St. as part of Potsdam Summer Festival.
Marion Bradish of Winthrop opens a new exhibit, “Riverflow,” on July 11 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Bradish’s vibrant acrylic paintings are inspired by the river valley. View her work at riverflowstudio.com.
A community painting project will be held July 12 from noon to 6 p.m. Each participant will paint one section of a large mosaic-style painting of a historic Potsdam building. No previous painting experience required and all ages are welcome.
“Art Market” will host ceramic artist Sara E. Lynch of Potsdam July 13 from noon to 4 p.m. Meet the artist, see her work, and buy direct. Work will include “Plant Pets,” functional animal shaped sculptures in porcelain & earthenware. Examples of Lynch’s work may be viewed at her website, saraelynch.com.
