CANTON -- Sposa Bella will host the third Prom Runway Show and Fundraiser on Feb. 7 at 1 p.m. at Eben Holden on St. Lawrence University campus.
The event is designed to offer high school age girls in Northern New York the chance to see a designer runway show while seeing new trends that are hot for 2016.
Doors open at noon and space is limited.
There will be a candy buffet, refreshments and a photo booth.
The first 150 students to register will receive gift baskets and the chance to win a complete prom package. Seating will be available for parents.
The event is being held in collaboration with Delta Delta Delta.
“The real reason to do the event is to help the Tri Delta's raise money for St. Jude Children’s hospital,” said Erin Alguire, owner of Sposa Bella.
A $5 donation is collected from each person in attendance and all the proceeds are donated to the hospital.
“I think last year it was over $300 and we would love to send a bigger check this year,” she said.
