MASSENA -- The SLC Arts Council will offer Special Arts for Special Needs for children and teens at the Massena Community Center, 61 Beach St., from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12.
Special arts provides an opportunity for music and arts exploration in a supportive and therapeutic group environment.
Activities include singing, movement, dancing, playing instruments, painting and more.
The cost of the class is $10.
