CANTON -- Special guest teacher Allison Ulan will lead a full weekend April 1 through 3 of yoga and ayurveda at the Yoga Loft, 17 Main St.
The weekend includes an introduction to ayurvedic self-care, invigorating yoga, relaxing yoga, and meditation practices.
Participants can sign up for any or all of the three days, Friday through Sunday.
The full weekend will cost $150; 7 to 9 p.m. Friday evening, $25; Saturday and Sunday 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., $75 per day.
