STAR LAKE -- There will be parent training on special education one Thursday per month from August to November at the Clifton-Fine Community Center, state Route 3.
Courses will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and are free, but seating is limited.
Aug. 18 is “Ins and Outs of IEP.” Sept. 15 is “Preparing for the CSE.” Oct. 20 will be “Parent Advocacy 101.” Nov. 17 will be “The Paper Chase.”
