CANTON -- American-born undercover Spanish spy James Wilkinson, code named Agent 13, became commanding general of the United States Army during the War of 1812.
Agent 13 will be the topic at a presentation by Matthew Dudley Saturday, May 4 at 2 p.m. at the St. Lawrence County Historical Association, 3 E. Main St.
The talk is part of the commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the War of 1812.
