WADDINGTON – Southern-style cooking classes will be held 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays, June 20 and 27, July 18 and 25, at Waddington Library, 30 Main St.
Summer resident Martha Patterson, who lives the rest of the year in Williamsburg, VA, will host the classes. Patterson has a successful catering business and her son is a well-known Williamsburg chef.
Each class will feature a ready-made dish for tasting. During the class participants will prepare the dish of the day with provided ingredient. All classes are free of charge.
Class size is limited to ten; call the library, 388-4454 to register by June 15.
