MASSENA – A soup and chili sale will be held at the Emmanuel Congregational Church, 39 W. Orvis St., Friday, Oct. 15 beginning at 10 a.m.

Cost is $1.25 for 12 ounces, $2 for 16 ounces. Takeouts will be available.
