POTSDAM -- A softball clinic will take place Jan. 24 from 9:30 a.m. to noon at SUNY Potsdam's Maxcy Hall Field House. The cost is $40.
Directed by SUNY Potsdam Head Softball Coach, Nicole Yost, participants will have the opportunity to engage in softball skill development. Swing break down, hitting drills circuit, bunt groups and front toss, overhand throwing and ball handling, and position work will all be presented. Pitching will not be covered during this clinic. Parents and coaches are welcome to attend.
Requirements: Girls in grades K-12. Bring a glove, helmet, catching gear if applicable and a bat if you own one.
