CANTON -- The St. Lawrence University Wind Ensemble host a spring concert performance at 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, in the Peterson-Kermani Performance Hall, Romoda Drive. Admission is free.
The by-audition-only ensemble includes both university students and community members in its ranks. This semester, the repertoire will include music from “Phantom of the Opera” and “Man of La Mancha,” among other sources.
The Wind Ensemble is directed by Kyle Tupper. A native of Canton and a graduate of SUNY Potsdam’s Crane School of Music, Tupper has previously performed in Peterson-Kermani Performance Hall as part of the instrumental group Kyle Tupper and Friends.
