OGDENSBURG -- Slic Broadband internet and phone service is now available in the Ogdensburg Industrial Park.
The Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority is getting the service through a deal with the Development Authority of the North Country.
OBPA will mark the new service with an open house May 7 from 3 to 7 p.m.
“With the core downtown and hospital zones already in service, we are now ready to bring … broadband service to the industrial park,” stated Slic’s marketing coordinator, Jeff Yette.
In addition to Slic staff, representatives from the OBPA and DANC will also be on hand to answer questions.
Light refreshments will be served and there will be a drawing for door prizes.
All Ogdensburg businesspeople can attend.
