POTSDAM -- The St. Lawrence County Arts Council will host the “North Bound & Friends Play Benefit Concert” Saturday, April 27 at 7 p.m.
Musicians will include Michael Welch, Donny Woodcock, Alex Vangellow, Steve Manders, Andy Van Duyne, Larry Baycura and Elizabeth Quinn Vogt Welch. The concert will be held on the second floor of Old Snell Hall.
