CANTON -- A new six-week session of strengthening and toning exercise classes will begin Sept. 10 through Oct. 17. Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8 a.m. in the St. Lawrence University fitness center multi-purpose room and taught by certified fitness instructor Teresa Stone.
The weight bearing exercises are designed to strengthen muscles, create definition and tone, improve bone density and help balance and stability by focusing on your core muscles.
All equipment is provided. Fitness center membership is not necessary to participate.
The fee for the class is $45.
