Six week strengthening, toning exercise classes begin March 26 at St. Lawrence University

CANTON -- A six week session of strengthening and toning exercise classes will run from Tuesday, March 26 through Thursday, May 9.

Classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 a.m. in the St. Lawrence University fitness center multi-purpose room. Teresa Stone will instruct. Weight bearing exercises are designed to strengthen muscles, create definition and tone, improve bone density and help balance and stability.
