CANTON -- A new six-week session of strengthening and toning class begins Tuesday, Jan. 13, with a free week, continuing through Thursday, Feb. 26.
Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8 a.m. in the St. Lawrence University fitness center multi-purpose room and taught by fitness instructor Teresa Stone.
The fee for this six-week session (12 classes) is $48 or you can sign up for one day a week (6 classes) for $24.
