CANTON -- Singer, songwriter, and guitar and clawhammer banjo player Camilla Ammirati will help celebrate the re-opening of The TAUNY Center, 53 Main St., Jan. 31 from 5 to 7 p.m.
Weaving together threads of old-time, early country and blues, western swing, bluegrass, and Appalachian string band music traditions, Camilla plays a mix of long forgotten tunes and also some original songs.
She will be joined by special guests, including Catherine Jahncke, Rosemary Philips, Lenore VanderZee and Juan Ponce-Vázquez.
