POTSDAM -- The North Country Children's Museum and Nature of North are sponsoring a program May 2 from 12:30 until 2 p.m. at the Clarkson Bookstore, 39 Market St.
Participants will venture to Ives Park, weather permitting, for a "Signs of Spring Scavenger Hunt" using digital cameras to capture what's blooming, buzzing, budding, and swimming in the North Country.
Photos will be shared online at natureupnorth.org. If time permits, kids can create spring themed nature art.
The program will be led by Jake Malcomb from Nature Up North and the St. Lawrence University Biology Department.
