Screen printing is a printmaking technique which uses a mesh screen. Students will build their own screens from scratch during the first class to keep. Cost is $130 which includes most supplies, with discounted rates available for SLC Arts members or those in need of financial assistance. Students will need to bring a few basic supplies, such as door hinges. They should request a supply list when registering. Class will meet in room 229, Downtown Snell Hall, 41 Elm St. Pre-registration through SLC Arts is required: 265-6860, www.slcartscouncil.org and click "Calendar."
