POTSDAM -- Suzan McDermott, local photographer and owner of Bravura Photography, will be teaching two digital photography classes for SLC Arts in June.
On June 7, from 10 a.m. to noon, McDermott will show students how to get the most out of their digital cameras.
Students should bring their camera’s manual and note when registering what type of camera they will be bringing to class.
Registration ends June 4; cost is $20.
Students who are comfortable using their digital camera or who took the June 7 class, may register for a field trip on June 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
McDermott will help students to take photos outdoors (or inside Snell Hall if weather is inclement.) in the morning.
Participants will edit the photos in the afternoon.
Registration ends June 21; cost is $40.
Classes meet at room 229 in Downtown Snell Hall, 41 Elm St.
