CANTON -- Cornell Cooperative Extension, 2043B State Highway 68, will host a 3-hour live webinar on organic options for landscape and turf management Thursday, Jan. 29 at 4:45 p.m.
Presenters from NYSDEC, Cornell University and Cornell Cooperative Extension in Monroe County will discuss the Child Safe Playing Field Act, the “Be Green Organic Yards New York” program, as well as practical ways to meet such standards.
NYSDEC Continuing Education Units will be offered as follows: 1.0 NYDEC pesticide recertification credits in categories 3a, 3b & 10 plus 0.5 in category 25.
Credits will also apply to from CNLP, LA and are pending for ISA.
Cost is $10.
Light refreshments will be served.
