OXBOW – The seventh annual Horseshoe Tournament at the Oxbow Volunteer Fire Company will be held Saturday, Aug. 11.
Registration and practice will be 10 to 11:30 a.m. Pitching begins at 12 p.m. sharp.
Entry fee is $15 for individual or $30 for team.
Prizes include: 1st Place, $400; 2nd Place, $200; 3rd Place, $100.
A minimum of 40 people or 20 teams must be registered to guarantee set prizes.
For less than 20 teams, there will be ‘100 percent payout’ of the teams registered.
The tournament will feature double elimination play, NHPA rules, no age limit; all pitche from the same line; OVFC shoes only during play; and absolutely no coolers.
