CANTON -- There will be a service of songs and readings in honor of Martin Luther King Wednesday, Jan. 18, at 5 p.m. at St. Lawrence University’s Gunnison Chapel. The event will feature SLU’s Ad Hoc Singers, Community Gospel Choir, Laurentian Singers, Singing Saints, Singing Sinners and The Upbeats. There will also be a message from college president Bill Fox. The event is open to the public.
