OGDENSBURG – A Senior Health and Wellness Fair is set for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3 at the Odd Fellows Hall, 1111 Linden St.
State Senator Patty Ritchie is host, to offer area senior citizens access to a variety of organizations and tools that help promote healthy living.
“From getting your blood pressure checked to learning about easy ways to incorporate exercise into your daily routine, the Senior Health and Wellness Fairs are one-stop shops for people looking for tips, advice and tools to improve their well-being and get the most out of life,” Ritchie said.
Seniors can visit www.ritchie.nysenate.gov to preregister and to view a list of participating organizations.
