POTSDAM -- Tobacco Free St. Lawrence, Jefferson and Lewis Counties, Reality Check of St. Lawrence, Jefferson and Lewis and groups from SUNY Potsdam and Clarkson University will take part in Seen Enough Tobacco Day with a walk from the SUNY Potsdam Student Union to Ives Park Friday, Oct. 13, from noon-4 p.m.
At the park, the SUNY Potsdam lacrosse team will host carnival-style games and there will be a display with information about youth tobacco marketing.
There will also be a competition between the clubs and organizations from SUNY Potsdam and Clarkson University to see who can chalk the most sidewalks in downtown Potsdam with statistics about tobacco marketing.
