CANTON -- The Stillman Foote Running Club will hold the second race of the 2012 Summer Sunset 5K Series on Tuesday, July 10 at 7:30 p.m. on the Stillman Foote cross-country course at St. Lawrence University.
The series, in its 33rd season, attracts hundreds of runners and walkers of all abilities from northern New York and Canada to compete on the fast, flat 3.1 mile loop course at SLU.
In addition to the 5K race, a one-mile fun run for young runners, walkers, and beginning runners, begins at 7:15 p.m..
Registration for the July 10 race will begin at 6:30 p.m. across Park Street from the Augsbury Physical Education Center. Series fee is $5, or $2 per race (US or Canadian).
Summer Sunset #3 is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 14, also at 7:30 p.m.
