MADRID – The Friends of Renewal House will host the second annual “Bikers Battle Violence” fundraising event Sunday, Sept. 18 to benefit victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in St. Lawrence County. Registration is from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at The Ole Smokehouse, 3512 Route 14.
Riders will make four stops throughout the county and return to the Smokehouse for a buffet. Cost is $20 per bike and $10 per rider. T-shirts and the buffet are included. Price for the buffet only is $10 and t-shirts can be purchased for $20.
A $5 poker hand, a 50/50 drawing, and raffle drawing including eight cords of wood and a smoker are planned.
