CANTON -- The February showing of the movie “In Defense of Food” was snowed out, so GardenShare and the Potsdam Food Co-op have rescheduled it for Sunday, March 26, at 3 p.m. at the Unitarian-Universalist Church.
Admission is free.
Following the film will be discussion with local food experts.
Information on ways you can get involved with food system and anti-hunger initiatives locally will be available.
"In Defense of Food" is based on Michael Pollan's book, The Omnivore's Dilemma.
Popcorn and soda spritzers supplied by the Potsdam Food Co-op will be available.
