CANTON -- The next Science Café will discuss “Who Wrote That? The New Science of Stylometry" with St. Lawrence University Professor Dan Look.

Science Café will meet Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 7:15 p.m. in the Park View Common Room, 107 Main St. in Canton, and Wednesday, Oct. 16, at 7:15 p.m. in the Potsdam Civic Center Community Room, Potsdam.

The “15th book of Oz” was released with two covers, one listing L. Frank Baum as the author and another listing Ruth Plumly Thompson. Who really wrote the book?

Stylometry is a hybrid discipline of mathematics and literature to settle questions of authorship.
