MASSENA -- The About Boating Safely Course will be given by U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Massena Flotilla on Tuesday and Thursday, Sept. 25 and 27, from 5-9 p.m. at the Nicandri Nature Center at Robert Moses State Park.
The ABS course meets requirements for the operation of motorboats and personal watercraft in all states. The instructors are local auxiliary members with years of experience.
Both interactive class sessions must be attended. Upon completion a boating safety certificate will be issued.
The cost is $35 per person and a family rate is available. For more information and to register for the class call 315-842-3206.
