RUSSELL -- The Russell United Methodist Church, 28 Pestle St., will host the first of its annual smorgasbord suppers Thursday, May 10 at 5 p.m.
The suppers will be held on the second Thursday of each month from May through September. An offering will be gladly received.
The menu will consist of scalloped potatoes, baked beans, macaroni and cheese, chicken and biscuits, lasagna, meatballs in sauce, goulash, meatloaf, various salads, etc. as well as pies and other desserts and coffee.
