Registered dietician Elizabeth Isenberg will give a presentation titled “What’s Wrong With Grains?”
The presentation will focus on several recent best-selling books that discourage consumption of wheat, wheat-based, and grain-based products.
Isenberg will discuss the science, or lack thereof, behind the authors’ claims.
The presentation and luncheon are free and seating is limited.
Those interested in attending should RSVP to Rebecca Faber at rfaber@cphospital.org or 261-5404.
