COLTON -- The Riverside Brass Quintet next will perform at the Colton Riverside Gazebo Wednesday, Aug. 22 from 6:30-8:30 p.m,
The quintet was formed in 2009 and consists of highly experienced players who all have connections to SUNY Potsdam’s Crane School of Music.
The members of the quintet are: trumpeters John Schorge and Paul Buell, trombonist Peter McCoy, tubist Peter Popiel and Roy Schaberg on the French horn.
The town’s Tourism & Beautification Committee also will have a table set up with Colton shirts available to purchase as well as the town’s new tourism map, notecards of things to do and places to see in town all seasons of the year, and possibly more.
Purchases of products support various town-related activities.
