RENSSELAER FALLS -- Rensselaer Falls Fire and Rescue will hold an open house Saturday, May 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Fire trucks and ambulances will be displayed and a hot dog barbeque will be served. People may try on real fire gear and watch a rescue from a smashed car at 1 p.m.
Face painting and a hose rolling relay will be offered.
An American Red Cross Blood Drive will be offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. To make an appointment for the blood drive contact Karin Blackburn at 854-4971.
