POTSDAM -- SUNY Potsdam's Crane School of Music will present a guest artist recital featuring renowned guitarist Adam Holzman, on Monday, Oct. 20 at 7:30 p.m. in the Sara M. Snell Music Theater.
The performance will include works by Bach, Haydn, Melli, Torroba and other influential composers. Admission is free.
Holzman is an internationally known performer, recording artist and teacher, who has been hailed as "polished and quite dazzling" by the New York Times.
Five times a winner in major international competitions, Holzman's honors include First Prize at the Guitar Foundation of America Competition and top prize at the ninth Concorso Internazionale di Interpretazione di Gargnano in Italy.
