POTSDAM -- A fundraiser for Renewal House will be held Saturday, Nov. 14, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Trillium Yoga Center, 25 Market St.
There will be five yoga classes though out the day, each with live music accompaniment. A midday musical interlude will be open to the public to drop in, by donation.
From 9 to 10:30 a.m. there will be yoga with Jean & Shannon with musical guest Gretchen Koehler.
Yoga with Erica Sharpe and musical guests Allan Cox & Steve Manders is set from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
From 12:45 until 1:45 p.m. there will be a midday musical interlude with Erica Sharpe, Steve Manders, Allan Cox & Dan Gagliardi.
From 2 until 3 p.m. there will be tabata with Tracy Sharlow along with percussion accompaniment.
Yoga with Lori Dye is set for 3:30 to 5 p.m. with musical guests Erica Sharpe and Allan Cox.
To close things out from 5:30 to 7 p.m. kundalini yoga with Gurumantra Kaur with musical guest Beth Robinson will be offered.
All proceeds will go to The St Lawrence Valley Renewal House.
