CANTON -- The Remington Arts Festival Student Art Competition and Exhibit will be held Oct. 5 at the Canton Free Library, Park Street at 11:30am for a Reception followed by an Awards Ceremony at noon.
The competition is open to all students in grades 7-12.
This festival motto is “Celebrating Arts Excellence in the North Country” and theme of the Student Art Competition and Exhibit for 2013 is “Life In, On, and Around the Grasse River.”
All two-dimensional, ready to hang artwork or small, up to 24x36, three-dimensional pieces will be accepted.
