MASSENA -- The Friends of the Nature Center at Robert Moses State Park, Inc. will host free outdoor events Aug. 17 with Reiki Master, Suzan McDermott, from noon to 2 p.m. as she leads this introductory class at the trailhead.
Yoga mats or chairs are provided.
There will also be a basket weaving workshop offered from 1 to 4 p.m. with Donna Jadlos of the Adirondack Basket Tree.
Participants will make colorful baskets to take home.
All materials are provided.
