OGDENSBURG -- The Frederic Remington Art Museum will hold a Color Me Remington 5K Fun Walk/Run Saturday, Sept. 22 on the Maple City Trail to begin at the Dobisky Visitors' Center, 100 Riverside Ave. at 10 a.m. This is a family friendly run, not about crossing the finish line first, but to see how colorful you can get along the route.
Those who sign up by Sept. 7 for $25 will be guaranteed a white Color Walk/Run shirt and sunglasses. After that, registration is $30 and the shirts will be available as supplies last. It is free to children younger than 7, who may participate with a waiver signed by a registered adult. Forms are available on the Museum’s website, www.fredericremington.org, or in the museum lobby, 303 Washington St. Race day registration starts at 9 a.m.
