MASSENA -- Registration is open for the 17th Ted Kot Fishing Day.
Ages 4 to 15 can sign up.
This year’s event will be May 14 at the Wilson Hill causeway boat launch.
Participants must bring a rod and bait. Fishing is with worms only.
Those who sign up in advance will get a goody bag.
Everyone who participates gets a free hot dog and soda.
The event is rain or shine.
There is no registration fee.
Those who sign up the day of the event can do so from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Fishing is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
