CANTON -- Summer Adventures: Feeding Kids’ Minds & Bodies, a free Canton recreational program, will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday July 2 to Aug. 10 at Taylor Park.
This program, an expansion of the program previously known as Adventures in Learning, is for Canton school children who will be entering first through sixth grades in the fall.
A bus route will provide transportation to and from the park and GardenShare will provide a free lunch made from fresh and local ingredients.

Beginning May 1, registration forms will be available online on the Parks & Recreation page at cantonny.gov and at the Banford Elementary School main office, St. Mary’s School main office, Canton Free Library, Canton Municipal Building, and Canton Recreational Pavilion.
To register, return a completed registration form and informed consent and liability waiver form to the village clerk’s office in person during business hours, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, or via mail to Recreation Dept., 60 Main St., Canton, NY 13617.
Registration will be capped at 50 participants, first-come, first-served.
