MASSENA – Kathy Howitt, Registered Dietitian and Certified Clinical Nutritionist, will present a lecture entitled “Wheat Belly Explained” at the Massena Public Library Tuesday, Jan. 3 at 7 p.m.
Based on Dr. William Davis' book, Wheat Belly, learn how and why deleting wheat from your diet will improve your health.
Kathy recently opened a private practice in our area, Nutrition for Health.
She received her Nutritional Science Degree at Cornell University and completed her Dietetic Internship at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.
She has worked in hospitals, schools and nursing homes. Over the last several years, Kathy became intrigued by a more integrative approach to health and disease prevention.
She is scheduling individual counseling sessions and available for speaking engagements.
