POTSDAM -- The Kids Power program will be held Nov. 15 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at the University Bookstore, 39 Market St.
The program allows kids the chance to explore a variety of physically interactive stations teaching them how their body works while also using their power to move. Kids will learn how to keep their body healthy through exercise and healthy foods and nutrition while having fun.
The program is run by New York State Physical Education Teacher of the Year, Danielle Grant, alongside health professionals from Canton-Potsdam Hospital.
