A “RE-stock” concert series will be held to benefit the St. Lawrence County food pantries, featuring music by Rick Bates (aka Tas Cru) and Mary Ann Casale, along with special guests.
Rick Bates is a blues artist and songwriter, whose latest album “Tired of Bluesmen Cryin’” reached the international and national root music charts.
Mary Ann Casale is a singer-songwriter who was influenced by the New York City folk scene in the mid-1970s.
The concert dates and locations are:
• Friday, March 8 at Robin McClellan’s house, 465 Old Market Road, Sandfordville.
• Friday, April 5, Canton’s Unitarian Universalist Church.
• Friday, May 10 at the Massena Chamber of Commerce, W. Orvis Street.
All concerts will begin at 7 p.m., and the entry fee will be a $10 donation or non-perishable food items. For more information contact ktbluesmanagement@gmail.com or 262-5989.
