POTSDAM – A poetry reading featuring Pulitzer Prize nominated poet Dr. Maurice Kenny will be held Feb. 28 at 7 p.m. at Hurley’s Nightclub under Lehman Dining Hall at SUNY Potsdam.
Kenny will have copies of his book available. Local radio personality Ethan Shanie will also read poetry from his new book “Poem for Danielle Steel’s Purple Prose.”
Shantie is a graduate from SUNY Potsdam.
Local poets Carter Jones and Mike Van Kennen will open the evening with reading of their own.
